You finish the rug in the session and take it home, and unfinished pieces can't be completed later. Ages 14+, and under-18s need a guardian present. Refunds or reschedules need 72 hours' notice, and a 3% deduction applies. Weekend spots often sell out 1-2 weeks ahead.
