All-day Zen Weaving Session

About

Spend up to seven hours at a SAORI floor loom weaving a single long piece, a scarf or tapestry, at your own pace with staff on hand for technique questions; no experience is needed and you keep the finished cloth. Offered at both studios, 227 E 87th St on the Upper East Side (4, 5, 6 and Q at 86th St) and 197 Plymouth St in DUMBO (F at York St), during studio hours of 11 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. $190, plus $30 if you choose a white cotton warp; book through the online scheduler. It is currently the only approved upcoming fiber-arts listing in Upper Manhattan on our calendar.
