FlowerSchool's intermediate professional programme squeezed into a weekend: a guided trip to the 28th Street wholesale market, then four arrangements including monochrome designs, a hand-tied bridal bouquet and large branch work. Held at FlowerSchool New York, 253 W 28th St, seventh floor, in the flower district; 1 to 28 St. $1,100 plus a $27.50 fee, Saturday 10 October 9am to 4pm and Sunday 11 October 10:30am to 4pm; booking closes 9 October. A weekday three-day version runs 21 to 23 October.
