Reiki & Meditation Workshop
About
An adult introduction to meditation and Reiki, a light-touch relaxation practice, taught by certified practitioner Sonia with techniques to use at home. It runs 11am to 12:30pm on Saturday 21 November at Alley Pond Environmental Center, 229-10 Northern Blvd., Douglaston. The fee is $30 per person and space is limited.
