A seated afternoon tea by Great Performances with tea sandwiches, seasonal scones with clotted cream, macarons and cakes, and a choice of teas or house-made cocoa, served on the Kate French Terrace or in the Tea Room, with garden admission included. Wave Hill House is at 4900 Independence Ave in Riverdale; take Metro-North to Riverdale or the 1 to 231st St and the Bx7/Bx10 bus. Seatings are at 12, 1 or 2 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Nov 19, 2026, at $50 for adults and $30 for children under 12, with reservations required and recommended a week ahead. Wave Hill already accounts for 21 of the 56 upcoming Bronx listings on our calendar, and this is its only sit-down dining program.
