5th Annual Community Banquet
About
The Bronx River Alliance closes its growing season with an afternoon of free recipe tastings, herbalism, paddling on the river, music and art workshops, held rain or shine. It runs Saturday 7 November, noon–4pm, at Concrete Plant Park, 1370 Westchester Ave in the Bronx (6 train to Whitlock Av), and is listed as free. It follows a string of Alliance volunteer days we list along the river in late October, including tree planting at Muskrat Cove on 27 October and Gardening Thursday at Fort Knox on 29 October.
