Soy Candle Making is a one-hour workshop at KraftStories' Financial District studio where you pour and scent your own soy candle and take it home the same day. You choose the holder: a clear glass one at $59 or a handmade mosaic holder at $79. No experience is needed and all materials and tools are provided. The studio lists the class for ages 10 and up, with adult supervision for younger guests. Public sessions hold up to 24 people. In-person public bookings can be cancelled for a refund up to two days before the session. The studio is at 93 Pearl St, 4th floor, New York, NY 10004, near Wall St (2, 3), Bowling Green (4, 5) and Broad St (J, Z). It is stairs-only with no elevator; the Midtown studio is the step-free option. It is among the shortest and lowest-priced sessions at this studio, which suits a lunch-hour or after-work plan in Lower Manhattan. The Midtown studio runs a similar soy candle class at the same prices. Our calendar also lists candle-making at Mosaic Art Studio and at Sense 7 Tufting, but this one is a single hour with the container choice built in.
