About

Neon & Moss Wall Art is a 1.5-hour workshop at KraftStories' Financial District studio where you combine an LED neon sign with preserved moss and dried florals inside a 14 by 12 inch framed box. You choose from pre-made neon designs, arrange the moss and florals around it, and take the finished piece home the same day, ready to hang. No experience is needed, all materials and tools are included, and the studio lists the class for ages 12 and up. Public sessions hold up to 24 people. The price is $129 per person. In-person public bookings can be cancelled for a refund up to two days before the session. The studio is at 93 Pearl St, 4th floor, New York, NY 10004, near Wall St (2, 3), Bowling Green (4, 5) and Broad St (J, Z). It is stairs-only with no elevator; the Midtown studio is the step-free option. Moss art is a small category on our NYC calendar: three listings, all from KraftStories. The plain Zen Moss Wall Art panel is $99 in both studios and has no lighting, so this is the version to pick if you want a piece that glows, such as for a bedroom, studio apartment or a gift.
