About
A two-hour class making kokedama, the Japanese technique of wrapping a plant's roots in a moss-covered soil ball. At Brooklyn Botanic Garden, 990 Washington Avenue, by the Eastern Pkwy–Brooklyn Museum 2/3 station. Saturday, December 19, 10am–noon (a second section runs 1–3pm); preregistration is required and no price appears on the calendar. NYBG's Kokedama Workshop on November 19, also on our calendar, is listed at $128 for non-members.
