Cultured Book Signing with Richard Martin
About
Richard Martin, joined by co-authors Dara Goldstein and Courtney Burns, signs copies of Cultured, a global fermentation cookbook of more than 150 recipes from yogurt and vinegar to sauerkraut and sourdough, at a GrowNYC stand. It runs Saturday 24 October, 11am–1pm, at the Union Square Greenmarket, E 17th St and Union Square W (4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, W to 14 St–Union Sq); it was rescheduled from 26 September, and GrowNYC doesn't publish a price on the listing, with sign-up through Eventbrite. It is the first of three author signings we list at this market this autumn, followed by Ayesha Nurdjaja on 31 October and Lane Selman on 14 November.
