A half-hour of stories for children two and up and their adults, followed by a hands-on activity with materials, movement, colour or shape, plus activity sheets for the galleries afterwards; October's theme is Spaces and Places. In MoMA's Education Center, entered at 4 W 54th St (E/M to 5 Av/53 St). Wednesdays 10:30–11 am (7, 14, 21 and 28 October published); included with museum admission, free for children 16 and under. Our approved calendar has only about 20 family listings across the city, and this is one of the few on a weekday.
