A docent-led 5-mile loop with about 800 feet of climbing that passes the Borel Hill summit for wide views before descending through grassland and oak woodland as the sun sets; bring a snack for the end. It runs Saturday, October 24, 3–7 PM, from the Mindego Gateway Parking Area on Alpine Road (drive/park). Midpen doesn't publish a price on the listing.
