Baon: Stories and Struggles of Filipino Migrants

About

SOMA Pilipinas presents the premiere of Rachel Bundoc Lucero's documentary, in which she cooks with Bay Area Filipino migrants who talk about activism from the anti-Marcos resistance to undocumented workers' rights, followed by a conversation with the filmmaker, in the Phyllis Wattis Theater on Floor 1 of SFMOMA, 151 Third St (a short walk from Montgomery St BART/Muni). It starts at 2 pm on Saturday, Nov 21; free with RSVP via Eventbrite. It pairs with the Nov 7 I-Hotel screenings at the same theater.
