Butoh Family Workshop with Judith Kajiwara
About
Judith Kajiwara leads families through Japanese Butoh movement, using a silkworm's life cycle to explore stillness, contrasting speeds and transformation, with an optional short piece families choreograph themselves, in the Koret Education Center on Floor 2 of SFMOMA, 151 Third St (a short walk from Montgomery St BART/Muni). It starts at 2 pm on Sunday, Nov 22, recommended for children 6–12; free with RSVP. It follows the morning Krazy Kites drop-in, so families can stay for both.
