The Legion of Honor's Skinner organ is played live in Gallery 10 every Saturday at 4 p.m. by organists including Eric Choate, Angela Kraft Cross, Jonathan Dimmock and David Hegarty. The museum is at 100 34th Ave in Lincoln Park, reached by the 18 46th Avenue bus or the 1 California/38 Geary with a short walk. Free for Bay Area residents on Saturdays (no separate concert ticket), with advance general-admission reservations recommended and first-come seating. Pairing it with the Lands End trail at sunset makes one of the best free Saturday afternoons in the city.
