Carving & Painting Ornaments
About
A three-week holiday project class covering hand-carving, surface detailing and paint finishes, with students making classic Christmas-style ornaments to hang or give as gifts. Mondays November 2, 9 and 16, 6–9 pm, in the IB Building at North Seattle College, 9600 College Way N (the page lists room 1410 in one place and IB1308 in another), about a 10-minute walk from Northgate Station (1 Line). $265; a supply list is required. The same instructor teaches a two-night linocut class here in December.

Painting and drawing classes run from relaxed one-night sessions that guide you to a finished canvas to multi-week courses in watercolour, oils, figure drawing or illustration.
