Intermission Yoga and Sound Bath
About
An outdoor, family-friendly yoga class finished with a sound bath, led by Cranes Studio in the middle of the Sunday flea market. It starts at 11:30am on the second and fourth Sundays of the month at the Greenway Main Stage of the Melrose Trading Post, 7850 Melrose Ave, close to Metro bus 217 on Fairfax Ave. The session asks for donations; a market ticket is needed to enter, and the market does not print its adult price. On first and third Sundays the stage hosts Wellness Through Words instead.
