A long-running weekly flea market in the Fairfax High School lot, with vintage clothing, furniture, collectibles, handmade goods and food vendors, plus live music on the Greenway stage; ticket sales help fund arts education for LA students. It sets up every Sunday from 10am to 5pm at 7850 Melrose Ave (Fairfax Ave and Melrose), with Metro bus 217 running along Fairfax and a limited free three-hour valet at Fairfax and Clinton. Tickets are sold online, with cash tickets at the booth only if online sales run out; the market does not print an adult price, but children 12 and under get in free with an adult and groups of 10 or more get 50% off. Our calendar also lists its monthly Wellness Through Words and Intermission yoga sessions.
