A next-step wheel course for people who have taken a beginner class in the past year, with weekly demos on centering more clay, throwing off the hump, wider forms, sets and collaring. It runs Sundays 3 to 5pm at The Pottery Studio, 2972 Century Place, Costa Mesa, with the November block on Nov 1, 8, 15 and 22 and another block in December. Four sessions cost $195.
