Stewardship Saturday

About

A free volunteer morning restoring habitat at Crystal Cove State Park: depending on the season, crews prep sites, weed, seed and plant, and no experience is needed. The work site (either the Bowl, about a 1.5-mile walk each way, or the Coastal Bluffs near the parking lot) is set closer to the date; hours are 8:30 a.m. to noon, and the conservancy is at #5 Crystal Cove, Newport Coast, with OCTA Route 1 stopping on Pacific Coast Hwy at the park entrance. RSVPs are required and capped at 20 people; recommended for ages 16 and up, with under-18s accompanied by an adult. The next Stewardship Saturday is Dec 19.
