The Ocean Institute's Halloween night for families, with bioluminescence laser tag, a glowing biolum room, a mad scientist lab, haunted ship tours, aquarium access, a photo booth and a costume contest. It runs 5:30 to 9pm at 24200 Dana Point Harbor Dr, Dana Point; food, beer and wine are sold separately. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18.50 for seniors (55+) and military, $17 for children 19 months to 13 years, and free for infants. Harbor Hayride cruises the same evening include Spooky Seas admission.
