Glitterati on the Gold Coast Walking Tour

About

A volunteer History Buff guide walks the Gold Coast, the lakefront enclave of Chicago's wealthiest families, taking in early mansions including the Archbishop's Residence, buildings by Frank Lloyd Wright and Louis Sullivan, and a rare wood-block alley. The tour meets at the Chicago History Museum, 1601 N Clark St (Sedgwick on the Brown/Purple Lines or Clark/Division on the Red Line), Saturday 31 October, 10am to noon, and lasts 1.5 to 2 hours; costumes are encouraged. Tickets are $25, or $22.50 for members, and include a week of free museum admission.
