- Oct 17 – Oct 28A six-hour hands-on brewing day at Workshop SF's Mission location, 726 15th Street (16th St Mission BART is a short walk), where you and a couple of partners brew a 5-gallon batch and learn about malts, hops, yeast and sanitizing, with a tasting of several styles. It runs 11 am–5 pm on Saturday, Oct 17 and costs $175, which includes a return session on Wednesday, Oct 28 (7–8 pm) to taste and bottle the beer. It's 21+. This is the priciest class on the October calendar, but the fee covers a full batch of beer split among the group.
- Nov 7 – Nov 7A day-long beginner brewing session at Workshop SF's Mission location, 726 15th Street (16th St Mission BART is a short walk), where a small group brews a batch of beer together from scratch. It runs 11 am–5 pm on Saturday, Nov 7 for $175, and repeats Saturday, Dec 5. These are the next two dates after the Oct 17 session on our calendar, and still the priciest class on Workshop SF's schedule.
