Painting Parol Christmas Cards
About
Vica Lew teaches a beginner watercolor class painting Christmas cards of the Filipino parol star lantern with color blending and stencils, in the James C. Hormel LGBTQIA Center on the 3rd floor of the Main Library, 100 Larkin Street (Civic Center BART/Muni). It runs 2–4 pm on Saturday, Dec 19, limited to 12 adults; reservations are required (opening Nov 1), and SFPL doesn't print a price on the listing. It follows the Sunset branch's Filipino-fabric bookmark painting (Nov 21) on our calendar.
