About
Weaver Carrie Botto teaches circular weaving in raffia or mixed string: building columns, changing colours and finishing a round spiral you can wear as a pendant or hang on a wall. All materials are provided. The four-hour session runs Friday, November 20, 10 AM–2 PM, at Sebastopol Center for the Arts, 282 S. High Street (drive/park), and costs $175. Botto also teaches stone wrapping and basket twining at the centre that weekend, so it is possible to take all three.
