Sewing 101: Hemming and Simple Repairs
About
A practical three-hour class on taking up hems and fixing everyday garment damage, held at Workshop SF, 1310 Haight Street in the Haight (Muni 7 Haight-Noriega or 43 Masonic stop nearby). The fee is $58. The next session is Monday, Oct 19 (7–10 pm), with further sessions on Nov 15 (noon and 4 pm) and Dec 20 (noon and 4 pm). Bring a pair of trousers that needs shortening and you leave with a skill that saves on tailor bills.
