Save The Bay's monthly weekday session at its native plant nursery beside the Duck Trail Pond in the Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve: fertilizing, weeding, transplanting seedlings, pruning and seed cleaning under staff direction. Thursday Nov 19, 9 am–noon, off Embarcadero Rd at the Baylands (drive/park); chairs and stools make most tasks doable for all ages and abilities. The organiser doesn't publish a price; it's a gentler alternative to the weekend marsh plantings.
