The Bay Area Glass Institute marks 30 years, from its start in a Bowes garage to its studio in San José's History Park, with a potluck evening for staff, renters, volunteers, board members and supporters; a barbecue is available, guests can sign up to bring a dish, and visiting artists will share stories. It runs Saturday, November 7, 7–10 PM; the listing doesn't name a location, though BAGI's studio is at 635 Phelan Avenue (drive and park in History Park). The RSVP ticket is $0.00.
