Garrett Chinn, who has taught tai chi to seniors and people with disabilities in San Francisco since 1981, leads a gentle weekly class on the labyrinth, with seated or full-body options, at Grace Cathedral, 1100 California St on Nob Hill (California St cable car or the 1 California bus). It meets Mondays 2:30–3:30 pm; a six-class pack is $59 (single-class price not printed). It complements the cathedral's Thursday chair yoga for older or less mobile students.
