Helicopter Turkey Toss and Turkey Hunt
About
A nod to the 'Turkeys Away' episode of WKRP in Cincinnati: a helicopter drops small soft toy turkeys for kids to keep, and a hidden-turkey hunt runs all day for a prize, at the Hiller Aviation Museum, 601 Skyway Rd, San Carlos (San Carlos Caltrain is the nearest station, but it's across Highway 101, so most visitors drive and park). The drop is 11 am–noon on Wednesday, Nov 25, the day before Thanksgiving, included with museum admission, members free. It's a handy school-holiday outing while the museum is still open (it closes on Thanksgiving Day).
