Helicopter Adventure
About
Kids learn how helicopters developed and work using a real Scorpion aircraft, then build and fly paper helicopters and sit in the Scorpion's cockpit, at the Hiller Aviation Museum, 601 Skyway Rd, San Carlos (San Carlos Caltrain is the nearest station, but it's across Highway 101, so most visitors drive and park). It runs 11 am–noon on Sunday, Nov 8, and again Sunday, Dec 13, included with museum admission, members free. With a real helicopter cockpit to sit in, it's the most hands-on of Hiller's Sunday sessions.
