Helicopter Pumpkin Drop and Kids Halloween Festival
About
A Halloween-morning festival with carnival games and the Great Pumpkin Hunt, ending when a witch drops a pumpkin from a helicopter at noon, at the Hiller Aviation Museum, 601 Skyway Rd, San Carlos (San Carlos Caltrain is the nearest station, but it's across Highway 101, so most visitors drive and park). It runs 10 am–noon on Saturday, Oct 31, included with museum admission, members free. It's the finale of the museum's Haunted Hangar week and wraps up in time for afternoon trick-or-treating.
