Halloween Hoopla
About
The 26th annual Halloween Hoopla is aimed at kids under 10 and their grown-ups: Circus Bella performers with a live trio, palm reading with Madam Z, a pumpkin patch, crafts with SCRAP, the Children's Creativity Museum and the Mexican Museum, and a closing costume parade. It runs noon–3 p.m. in the Children's Garden at Yerba Buena Gardens, 799 Howard St, near Powell St BART. Free with an Eventbrite RSVP. It is one of the gentlest Halloween options downtown for toddlers and preschoolers.
