Intermediate Bonsai: the Art of Wiring

Robert Cho of Asia Pacific Gardening teaches bonsai wiring technique in this two-hour class; each participant shapes and takes home an eight-year-old indoor Ficus retusa, with the tree, planting materials and a ceramic pot included. It runs Saturday, November 7 from 11 am to 1 pm at Sky Nursery, 18528 Aurora Ave N in Shoreline, on the RapidRide E Line. The fee is $150 plus tax, some prior bonsai experience is recommended, and registration is by phone or in the store.
