Hamm Creek Restoration Work Party

About

A weekday morning volunteer work party along the Duwamish River at Hamm Creek, pulling invasive ivy and blackberry, clearing trash and debris, mulching and, in the rainy season, planting trees and shrubs. It runs Friday, November 6 from 10 am to 1 pm, meeting at 10000 W Marginal Pl S; parking is limited. It is free, no experience is needed, and EarthCorps supplies gloves, tools, water and snacks, but registration is required and under-14s need an adult with them. EarthCorps has more Tukwila and Seattle Forest Week events on November 7 and 14.
