Planting in Fall City

About

Volunteers with the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust plant trees and shrubs along the Snoqualmie River at a former RV park, growing future shade that keeps the water cool for salmon. Meet 10am–1pm at the Zurfleuh Boat Launch (Snoqualmie River RV Park restoration site) in Fall City; parking is limited, so carpool, and a Discover Pass is needed (staff can help with a day pass). No fee is listed, registration is open, and all ages are welcome with under-13s accompanied by an adult. A Halloween planting follows at the same site on 31 October.
