Staff Selects: the Daytrippers
About
A staff-picked revival of Greg Mottola's 1996 indie comedy, in which Hope Davis plays a Long Island woman who finds a suspicious love letter and ends up on a day-long family road trip into Manhattan to confront her husband. It plays at Northwest Film Forum, 1515 12th Ave (near Capitol Hill Station), on Saturday, October 24 at 5:30pm, Sunday, October 25 at 4:30 and 7pm, and Monday, October 26 at 7:30pm. Tickets are $15, $10 for students, children and seniors, and $7 for members. It shares the weekend with NWFF's 4K restoration of Begotten.
