Gorky Resort
About
Set in 1939, Łukasz Palkowski's 113-minute drama follows Polish prisoners subjected to Soviet political re-education, as an agent sets out to break the famous young pianist the others look to. It screens at 2pm Sunday in the Seattle Polish Film Festival at SIFF Cinema Uptown, 511 Queen Anne Ave N (RapidRide D Line; Metro routes 1, 2, 8 and 13). Ticket prices appear after choosing the showtime; SIFF passes and vouchers are not valid. Larp and Wild, Wild East follow later that afternoon.
