Youth Nature Journaling Club
About
A monthly club for kids ages 6 to 14, modeled on John Muir Laws' approach to nature journaling: an indoor warm-up prompt, time observing and recording outside, and a group share at the end; bring a notebook and pencil. It meets noon–1pm in the Aaron Education Center at Bellevue Botanical Garden, 12001 Main St (about 15 minutes' walk from Wilburton Station), with sessions on November 7 and December 5. It is free; children 6 to 11 need an accompanying adult. Grown-ups have their own Journaling the Garden session the morning of November 7.

Painting and drawing classes run from relaxed one-night sessions that guide you to a finished canvas to multi-week courses in watercolour, oils, figure drawing or illustration.
