Watershed Watch: Mission Bay Water Quality Monitoring

About

A monthly volunteer field day collecting water samples at ten sites around Mission Bay for Coastkeeper's monitoring programme. It runs Saturday 21 November, 9am to noon, from De Anza Cove Park, 3000 N Mission Bay Dr. It is free, but volunteers must finish a virtual training and quiz beforehand and sign up on Coastkeeper's volunteer platform, which caps the day at 15; the first ten who register and attend get a $60 virtual gift card. Earlier in the month Coastkeeper co-hosts a Day of the Dead planting morning at Sweetwater Park on 1 November.
