About
An evening festival honoring Día de Muertos and the Filipino observance of Undas, built around a community altar where guests can leave photos and offerings. Expect hands-on art stations such as altar making, mask decorating, wood branding and marigold painting, plus ballet folklórico, mariachi and Filipino cultural dance, a costume contest, trunk-or-treat, a vendors market and pan de muerto with hot chocolate. It runs Friday 30 October, 5pm to 9pm, at the A Reason To Survive (ARTS) Center, 200 E 12th St, National City. ARTS does not publish an admission price on the event page.
