Advanced Wheel Techniques: Throwing Off the Hump
About
A stand-alone advanced session teaching how to throw several small pieces in a row from one large mound of clay. Participants should already center 3 pounds comfortably; tools, glaze and firing are covered, and clay is bought at the studio. It takes place Friday, Dec 11, 6 to 8pm, at Clay CA, 900 N Broadway, Suite 1080 (about 0.2 miles from Metro A Line Chinatown), for $95 per person, adults only. It sits between a taller-forms session on Dec 4 and a trimming session on Dec 18.
