Bread and Butter Table Runner
About
A two-part quilting class in which students make a table runner while practicing precise hourglass units, setting blocks on point, and adding borders and binding. It meets Saturdays Dec 5 and 12 from 2 to 6pm at Moving Thread LA, 13347 W Washington Blvd in Mar Vista. Tuition is $275; the pattern and quilting cotton are bought separately, and the instructor lends the specialty trimming tools. It suits beginners as well as confident sewists.
