Advanced Wheel Techniques: Throwing Taller Forms
About
A two-hour, one-time session for throwers who already have the basics, focused on pulling taller forms. Students need to be able to center at least 3 pounds of clay; firing, glazes and tools are included, while clay is sold separately on site. It runs Friday, Dec 4, 6 to 8pm, at Clay CA, 900 N Broadway, Suite 1080, near the Metro A Line Chinatown station, for $95 per person (ages 18+). Follow-up sessions cover throwing off the hump on Dec 11 and advanced trimming on Dec 18.
