Drop in to help weave a collaborative rug on frame looms with artist Aneesa Shami Zizzo; no experience is needed. This session runs 1–5 p.m. on Sunday, Nov 22 in the museum's new community gallery gathering space at 5814 Wilshire Blvd, near Metro bus 20 on Wilshire. It's pay-what-you-wish with an RSVP that opens Monday, Oct 26, and the museum says the weaving repeats on select Sundays. The same afternoon brings a tool-sharpening social from 2 to 4 p.m.
