Quilting 101 for Adults & Teens
About
Beginners make their first quilt over four Thursday evenings, covering fabric choice, cutting, assembly, quilting and binding; the pattern is supplied, and students buy their own fabric, thread and batting. Sessions run 6–8 p.m. on Nov 12 and 19 and Dec 3 and 10 at Meraki Creative Lounge, 1577 Colorado Blvd in Eagle Rock. The course costs $275. Meraki's monthly Quilt Bee, on first Mondays, is a place to keep working on it.
