About
A weekday-morning workshop for fixing your own clothes: students bring three to six garments and learn practical methods for altering fit and repairing wear and tear, with the session shaped around everyone's projects. It runs Thursday, Nov 12 from 9am to 1pm at Moving Thread LA, 13347 W Washington Blvd in Mar Vista. The fee is $180 and basic machine-sewing skills are required. A four-week alterations series starts Nov 24.
