Beginners make a sterling silver ring with a stone setting from start to finish, with materials and a choice of stones included. The morning session begins at 10am on Saturday, Nov 7 at The Hellbent Silversmith, 433 E 1st St, Long Beach, near the Metro A Line 1st Street station, and the studio advises allowing two to three hours; there is also a 1pm session that day. It costs $110 per person, of which $60 is a nonrefundable deposit due when you book. More ring workshops follow on Nov 8, 14 and 15.
