Beginner Wheel Throwing
About
Element Art Center's drop-in wheel class for first-timers and returning students alike: throw a piece with an instructor, pick from the studio's glazes, and receive the fired piece by mail about three weeks later. This one runs noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov 7 at 835 N Broadway, about 0.2 mi from the Metro A Line Chinatown station, with another session at 6 p.m. that evening. The price is $65, clay and tools included. It is one of dozens of dates for this class on the studio's calendar through Dec 20.
