Perfume 101: Perfumery for Beginners
About
A two-hour starter course covering fragrance families, how a perfume lab is laid out and how top, middle and base notes work, with one group blend and one blend of your own to take home in a spray vial. It runs Tuesday, Nov 3 from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the Institute for Art and Olfaction, 932 Chung King Rd, Chinatown, near the Metro A Line Chinatown stop. The price is $55. A longer freestyle blending class takes place the night before.
